Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition (if applicable).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Exchange is subject to availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
